摘要 本设计为大兴安岭加格达奇区东方污水厂设计。随着经济的发展，人口的增长，环境污染问题已经成为了社会以及全球关注的问题之一。污水处理厂的建设，不但可以满足加格达奇地区减排的任务，而且还可以提高环境质量，令群众的生活环境得以改善及提高。所以应该尽早的实施污水厂的建设。另外，污水处理厂的投建，能够加强林区的建设。 大兴安岭加格达奇区日均排水量大概在1吨，该污水经处理后排入兴安河。本设计采用氧化沟处理工艺，主要处理工业废水和生活污水。经氧化沟工艺处理后，确保排除的水可以达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》。综合该地区的污水厂条件，选用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺，该工艺具有工艺流程短，构筑物和设备少，不设初沉池，调节池和单独的二沉池，污泥自动回流，，能耗低，占地少，管理简便等特点。 关键词 卡鲁塞尔氧化沟；污水处理工艺； Abstract The Dongfang Wastewater Treatment Plant Design in Jiagedaqi of Daxinganling。With the development of economic，peoples increasing，the environment pollution problems have been one of the focus of social problems at present。The sewage treatment plant not only can satisfy the task of energy conservation of Jiagedaqi, but also can improve the investment environment which could improve peoples living environment. So we should put sewage treatment plant into construction as soon as possible. In addition, the construction of the sewage treatment plant can increase forest of construction。 It lets out about 1 ton sewage everyday in Jiagedaqi Daxinganling, the sewage is let out the river of Xingan after conducted through the sewage treatment plant. The design adopts the technology of Oxidation ditch process，it mainly conducts industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater，After conducted through Oxidation ditch process , it can make sure the effluent could reach “Urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard”.
