原发性闭角型青光眼小梁切除早期滤过泡形态与24 h眼压的相关性 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨原发性闭角型青光眼小梁切除早期滤过泡形态与24 h眼压的相关性。方法 选择原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者138例，均采用小梁切除术治疗，术后1个月对滤过泡形态进行评价，检测24 h眼压。 结果不同滤过泡高度、范围、血管分布、渗漏试验等级的24 h眼压波动值差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。微囊组与对照组24 h眼压波动值的均值、最大值、最小值、差值比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。单因素回归分析，术前眼压、滤过泡高度、滤过泡范围、滤过泡血管分布及滤过泡微囊结构与术后24 h眼压波动值相关性有统计学意义（P0.05）。多因素回归分析，滤过泡高度、滤过泡范围分级及滤过泡微囊结构是术后24 h眼压波动值的主要相关因素（P0.05）。结论 原发性闭角型青光眼小梁切除早期滤过泡形态与术后24 h眼压有关，滤过泡高度、滤过泡范围及滤过泡微囊结构对24 h眼压的影响显著。 　　[关键词] 原发性闭角型青光眼；小梁切除术；滤过泡；24 h眼压 　　[中图分类号] R779.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）36-0030-03 　　Correlation of primary angle-closure glaucoma trabeculectomy blebs early morphological correlation with 24 h IOP 　　MA Li1 HE Mingguang2 　　1.Department of Ophthalmology，Cixi City Peoples Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Cixi 315300， China； 2. Methods The primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma patients 138 cases， were used trabeculectomy， after a month on bleb morphology evaluation， 24 h intraocular pressure was tested. Results Bleb height， extent， vascularity， leak test level fluctuations in the value 24 h IOP difference were statistically significant （P0.05）. 24 h microcapsule group and control group the mean IOP fluctuations in value， maximum value， minimum value， the difference， the difference were statistically significant （P0.05）. Correlation of univariate regression analysis， preoperative IOP， bleb height， bleb range bleb vascularity and bleb microcapsule structure and postoperative 24 h intraocular pressure fluctuations in the value were statistically significant （P0.05）.
