产前健康教育对产妇及新生儿的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨孕妇在产前给予合理有效的健康教育对孕产妇以及新生儿健康影响分析。方法：选取本院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的220例围产期孕产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各110例，所有孕妇均行基础产前准备与护理，观察组在此基础上在产前给予健康教育。观察比较两组孕产妇生活质量、产后出血量、抑郁程度、满意度之间的差异。结果：观察组产妇待产期生活质量明显高于对照组，产后出血量明显少于对照组，且抑郁程度明显低于对照组，母婴保健知识和对产科服务的满意度均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在孕妇产前给予合理有效的健康教育服务模式对于提高产科质量具有积极意义，综合护理干预可以有效提高产科护理水平，改善产妇待产期生活质量、降低产后出血量及抑郁水平，提高产妇对于母婴保健知识的掌握程度，增强其对产科服务的评价。 　　【关键词】 健康教育； 产科； 分娩； 产妇； 新生儿 　　The Effect of Prenatal Health Education on Puerpera and Neonate/WANG Rong-sai.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（12）：094-096 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of prenatal health education of puerpera on the healthy and recovery status of puerpera and neonate.Method：220 perinatal puerperas admitted from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，110 cases in each group.All the puerperas received basic prenatal preparation and medical care.Besides，puerperas in observation group accepted health education.The statistical differences in preoperative physiological stress indicators，bleeding volume，postoperative conditions and newborn status between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The life quality of perinatal period of observation group was significantly higher than the control group，the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less than the control group，and the degree of depression was significantly lower than the control group，maternal and child health knowledge and on obstetric service satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Prenatal reasonable and effective health education service has positive roles in improving the ability of maternity department，which can reduce preoperative physiological stress level and postoperative depression level，decrease bleeding volume，improve the understanding of maternal and child health knowledge in puerpera，and increas
