不同术式治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床对比研究 　　【摘要】 目的：对比分析不同术式治疗鼻中隔偏曲（DS）的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年2月-2013年4月本院耳鼻喉科收治的42例DS患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各21例。对照组给予传统鼻中隔矫正术治疗，观察组给予经鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正术治疗。对两组临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、粘骨完整性、术后疼痛及并发症进行观察比较。结果：经鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正术治疗后，观察组总有效率100%明显高于对照组的81.0%，比较差异有统计学意义（字2=13.904，P=0.001）。观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组粘骨完整性的人数明显多于对照组，术后疼痛和并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：经鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正术术野清晰，对病灶创伤小、疗效肯定，适合临床广泛应用。 　　【关键词】 鼻中隔偏曲； 鼻内窥镜； 鼻中隔矫正术 　　The Comparative Study of Different Operative Methods in the Treatment of Nasal Septum Deviation/CHEN Yong-lu.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：039-040 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze clinical efficacy of different surgical treatment of nasal septum deviation （DS）.Method：Forty-two patients with DS in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2013 were selected，they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，21 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nasal septum correction technique，the observation group was given nasal endoscopic nasal septum diorthosis treatment.
