防跌倒护理风险管理在精神科住院患者的应用效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 分析防跌倒护理风险管理在精神科住院患者的应用效果。 方法 选择160例精神科住院患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组80例。对照组患者接受常规安全护理，观察组患者在此基础上防跌倒护理。使用简明精神病量表（BPRS）对两组患者进行评分，比较两组患者的意外跌倒率以及意外跌倒因素。 结果 实施护理后，两组患者的BPRS评分均显著提高（P0.05），且观察组患者护理后BPRS评分显著高于对照组患者（P0.05）；意外跌倒率显著低于对照组患者（P0.05）；观察组患者因为互相打架或戏耍导致意外跌倒发生的几率显著低于对照组患者（P0.05）。 结论 防跌倒护理风险管理对于避免精神科住院患者意外跌倒事件的发生以及保证患者安全具有重要作用，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词]精神障碍；跌倒；护理风险管理；简明精神病量表 　　[中图分类号] R473.74 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）20-83-03 　　Observation of anti-fall care risk management application in inpatient psychiatric 　　LONG Lifen WANG Zhiqiong 　　Third Peoples Hospital of Qujing City， Yunnan Province， Qujing 655000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the approaches of nursing risk management in the prevention of fall-down in inpatients in the department of psychiatry and investigate the clinical effect.Methods 160 inpatients in the department of psychiatry were selected as research object， and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， 80 cases in each group.The routine nursing safety management was implemented in the control group； the nursing risk management in the prevention of fall-down was applied in the observation group.We graed two groups of patients using Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）， and compared the rate of accidental fall-down and factors of accidental falls between the two groups.Results After the implementation of nursing intervention， the two groups’ BPRS scores were significantly increased （P0.05）， there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） and the rate of accidental fall-down between the two groups （P0.05）； the incidence of fall-down because of play and fight was lower in the observation group than the control group （P0.05）.
