A bstrac t: The construction of socialist new countryside is characterized by mi proving the infrastructure, promoting social in
put and increasing income and efficiency, which calls for the development of rural finance. In order to strengthen the building of
socialistnew countryside, promote the harmonious development between the rural and urban areas and fulfill the goalofbuilding
awell- off society in an all- roundway, it is necessary and urgent too deepen rural finance reform, optmi ize financialecological
environment, mi prove the financial system, renovate financial products, better financial services and solve the fund shortage in
