2·88 · Ch in J Stom ato l, Sep tem ber 1996, V o l 31, N o. 5 白细胞介素 1 调节成骨细胞 分化的实验研究 张炜真　于世凤　郑麟蕃 ( ) 摘要　本研究的目的是探讨白细胞介素 1 interleuk in1, IL 1 调节成骨细胞功能的作用。利用图 象分析技术, 原位定量分析了 IL 1 调节体外培养成骨细胞碱性磷酸酶活性的作用, 发现 IL 1 抑制后者 的活性, 减少碱性磷酸酶阳性细胞的数量。综合利用定量免疫组织化学与放射免疫分析技术, 研究了 IL 1 调节成骨细胞骨钙素合成分泌的作用。结果表明, IL 1 刺激成骨细胞分泌骨钙素, 其作用使胞浆内 骨钙素含量减少, 培养液中骨钙素含量增加。本研究结果提示, IL 1 参与调节成骨细胞功能, 抑制其形 成钙化骨基质。 关键词　白细胞介素 1　　成骨细胞　　碱性磷酸酶　　骨钙素 Effects of in terleuk in- 1 on the differen tiation of osteoblasts　Z hang W eiz hen, Y u S h if eng , Z heng L inf an.
