Step1 Leading-in
1. Play a piece of video and ask students to answer questions:
1) How many kinds of animals appear in the video?
2) Do the animals live safely and happily at the beginning?
3) What happened to the animals later?

通过观看视频和问答的形式,引导学生关注到一些野生动物已面临灭绝的危险,继而引出濒危动物endangered animals这个概念。
激活学生的思维,请他们说出熟悉的濒危动物,接着展示几张濒危动物的图片,一是帮助学生更直观地建立濒危动物的概念,其二也是为了引入本课出现的几个濒危动物的英文名称。
