钬激光治疗输尿管结石并息肉70例临床剖析 　　摘要：目的：探讨钬激光在治疗输尿管结石并发息肉患者中的临床应用价值，为后期的临治疗提供参考。方法：选取我院2012年2月-2013年4月期间门诊收治的70例输尿管结石并发息肉患者作为研究对象，并随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各35例。其中对照组患者予以传统的开放式手术治疗，而观察组患者则予以输尿管镜下钬激光治疗。观察、记录并比较两组患者在住院时间、手术时间、术中出血情况、术中及术后并发症情况、清石率及复发情况中的差异。结果：两组患者均顺利完成手术并出院，且观察组无中转开放病例；两组患者在手术时间、住院时间、术中出血以及术中、术后并发症的发生率比较，P0.05，差异具有统计学意义；而两组患者在清石率、复发率中的比较，差异无统计学意义（P=0.5579）。结论：相对于传统的开放手术钬激光碎石术在治疗输尿管结石并发息肉的患者中具有临床疗效显著、损伤小、恢复快且并发症少的优点，临床实用性较强，值得在后期临床中进一步推广及应用。 　　关键词：钬激光；输尿管结石；输尿管息肉 　　Abstract：Objective： To investigate the value of clinical application of holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi complicated with polyps patients， to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of late. Methods： selected in our hospital in 2012 February -2013 year in April during the clinic from 70 cases of ureteral calculi complicated with polyps patients as research object， and were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 35 cases in each group. The control of open operation patients in the treatment group were treated by traditional， while the patients in the observation group was given ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment. Observe， record and compare the two groups of patients in hospitalization time， operation time， intraoperative hemorrhage， postoperative complications， stone clearance rate and recurrence of difference. Results： the two groups of patients were successfully completed surgery and discharged， and the observation group was converted to open cases； two groups in operation time， hospitalization time， intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complication rate comparison， P0.05， with statistically significant differences； and the two group of patients in the comparison of stone clearance rate， recurrence rate in， no significant difference （P=0.5579）. Conclusion： compared with traditional open surgery holmium laser lithotripsy has significant clinical efficacy， less injury， quick recovery and less complications and advantages in the treatment of ureteral calcu
