脊柱外伤磁共振成像CT及数字化X线摄影术诊断临床对比的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨脊柱外伤患者磁共振成像CT及数字化X线摄影术的诊断价值。 方法 选取本院2014年10月～2016年10月诊治的脊柱外伤患者117例，均行磁共振成像CT及数字化X线摄影术检查，比较两种检查方法的图像特征与诊断价值。 结果 数字化X线摄影术检出椎体骨折数（1.12±0.27）处、骨碎片数（1.68±0.43）块少于磁共振成像CT（1.30±0.19）处、（2.70±0.59）块。数字化X线摄影术的脊柱损伤检出率（57.3%）、韧带损伤检出率（90.6%）高于磁共振成像CT（23.9%、11.1%）。与病理结果相比，数字化X线摄影术的诊断准确例数为98例，诊断准确率为83.8%。磁共振成像CT的诊断准确例数为115例，诊断准确率为98.3%。两种检查方法比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 磁共振成像CT及数字化X线摄影术均可用于脊柱外伤患者的临床诊断，其中磁共振成像CT的诊断价值更高，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 脊柱外伤；磁共振成像CT；数字化X线摄影术；图像特征 　　[中图分类号] R455；R683.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）29-0086-04 　　Clinical comparative research in the diagnosis of spinal injury bymagnetic resonance imaging CT and digital radiography 　　ZHENG Jun1 ZHANG Lei2 GAO Yuantong1 WANG Xiaoyang1 SHI Deen1 HUANG Laichong1 　　1.Department of Radiology，Ruian People’s Hospital in Zhejiang province，Ruian 325200，China；2.Department of Orthopaedics，Ruian Peoples Hospital in Zhejiang province，Ruian 325200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate diagnostic value bymagnetic resonance imaging CT and digital radiography in patients with spinal injury.
