综合护理干预在肺结核患者治疗依从性中临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨综合护理干预在肺结核患者治疗依从性中的方法和疗效。方法：选取本院收治的80例肺结核患者随机抽取分成两组，实验组40例，行综合护理干预。对照组40例，行普通护理干预。随访6个月～1年，对比两组患者护理后认知、行为变化和依从性改变。结果：两组内相比，护理后患者的依从性均优于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组间相比，实验组患者的治疗依从性，认知及行为改变均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：应用综合护理早期对肺结核患者实施干预能有效提高患者的治疗依从性，改善其认知及行为，提高患者的生存质量，值得在临床护理中推广使用。 　　[关键词] 综合护理干预；肺结核；依从性；临床研究 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）01（a）-120-02 　　 　　Clinical research of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance with tuberculosis patients 　　LI Changfei 　　Nursing Department of Tuberculosis Hospital of Jilin Province, Changchun 130500, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To discuss the treatment and outcome of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance with tuberculosis patients. Methods: Eighty cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital were randomly selected and classified into two groups, the test group of 40 cases who were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group of 40 cases who were just given routine nursing care. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year. The modification of cognition and behavioral and compliance in two groups were compared. Results: The treatment compliance after nursing was better than before, the difference had statistics significance (P＜0.05). The modification of cognition and behavioral and compliance in test group were significantly better than those in control group, the difference had statistics significance（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: We can improve the treatment compliance of patients with tuberculosis after the treatment of comprehensive nursing intervention, improve their cognition and behavior, and improve the patients existence quality.
