综合康复联合弥可保治疗糖尿病膀胱病变研究 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨综合康复训练联合弥可保对糖尿病膀胱病变的疗效。方法：将我院糖尿病膀胱病变的94例患者随机分为2组。Ⅰ组患者采用弥可保治疗，Ⅱ组患者在Ⅰ组患者的基础上辅助膀胱功能训练和针灸，两组患者均给予糖尿病治疗，积极控制患者血糖。比较两组患者的血糖情况和膀胱功能。结果：两组患者血糖指标均得到有效控制，Ⅱ组患者平均尿流率[（11.99±2.46）ml/s]、高峰尿流率[（19.03±4.52）ml/s]和膀胱残余量[（80.18±27.83）ml]均优于Ⅰ组患者的[（9.88±2.51）、（13.57±2.69）ml/s、（126.82±41.54）ml]，经统计学分析，差异均有统计学意义（t=4.114、7.078、5.685，均P＜0.05）。结论：采用膀胱功能训练、针灸联合弥可保综合治疗糖尿病膀胱病变可取得较好的疗效，能够控制疾病的恶化，促进患者康复。 　　[关键词] 膀胱功能训练；针灸；弥可保；糖尿病膀胱病变 　　[中图分类号] R587.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）11（c）-074-02 　　 　　Research on comprehensive rehabilitation combined with Methycobal in the treatment of diabetic bladder disease 　　LIAO Haofeng, LIAO Tiejun, LI Hongchang 　　Department of Digestive Endocrine, Sanshui Hospital Affilicated to Guangdong Medical College, Guangdong Province, Foshan 528100, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To discuss the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation combined with Methycobal in the treatment of diabetic bladder disease. Methods: 94 patients with diabetic bladder disease in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group Ⅰ was treated with Methycobal, group Ⅱ was given bladder training and acupuncture based on group Ⅰ. Both groups were given the treatment of diabetes, active control of blood glucose. Blood glucose and bladder function were compared between the two groups. Results: The blood sugar in both groups were controlled effectively. The average flow rate [(11.99±2.46) ml/s], peak urinary flow rate [(19.03±4.52) ml/s] and bladder residual volume [(80.18±27.83) ml] of group Ⅱ were better than those of group Ⅰ [(9.88±2.51), (13.57±2.69) ml/s, (126.82±41.54) ml], by statistical analysis, the differences were statistically significant (t=4.114, 7.078, 5.685, all P＜0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment of bladder training combined acupuncture together with Methycobal in diabetic bladder disease can get better effect, which will control the deterioration of the disease and promote the rehabilitation of patients. 　　[Key words]
