摘要血液滤过装置 FQ-16 治疗心力衰竭临床观察 研究生：沈祥礼导师：姜述斌教授摘要目的：评价新型滤过装置治疗心力衰竭患者的有效性和安全性。方法：40 例心 力衰竭患者进行随机分为常规治疗组（20 例）和超滤组（20 例），常规治疗组给予 强心、利尿、扩血管、ACEI 常规药物治疗，超滤组使用血液滤过装置 FQ-16 进行 血液滤过治疗，24 小时为一疗程。观察治疗前后呼吸困难评分、心功能、双下肢水 肿、体重、肾功、电解质、血压、心率等相关指标变化。结果：对两组治疗前后呼 吸困难评分、心功能变化、体重、下肢水肿数据进行统计学处理，P＜ 0.05，具有 统计学意义，说明使用新型血液滤过装置 FQ-16 治疗心力衰竭对于减轻患者体重、 下肢水肿、改善呼吸困难、改善心功能优于常规药物治疗，治疗有效。对两组治疗 前后组间、组内血压、尿素氮、肌酐、钠钾离子进行统计学分析，P＞0.05，无统计 学意义，说明治疗过程安全。结论：（1）血液滤过装置 FQ-16 治疗心力衰竭可以减 轻患者体重、减轻双下肢水肿，改善患者呼吸困难及心功能情况，具有临床实用价 值。（2）血液滤过装置 FQ-16 治心力衰竭过程安全。关键词：血液滤过装置 FQ-16；心力衰竭；安全性；有效性新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文Intervention research of using the hemofiltration equipment FQ-16 in heart failureMaster Candidate: Xiang li ShenSupervisor: Shu bin JiangAbstractObjective: To evaluate the clinical efficiency of using hemofiltration equipment FQ-16 in heart failure.
