ABSTRACTObjective:To explore the intervention mode of the family support function and thereby provides reference data concerning the improvement of the /dict_result.aspx?searchword=%e8%a1%80%e6%b6%b2%e9%80%8f%e6%9e%90%e6%82%a3%e8%80%85amp;tjType=sentenceamp;styleamp;t=hemodialysis%2Bpatientshemodialysis patients’ health, which is preceded by the report of correlation between the present /dict_result.aspx?searchword=%e8%a1%80%e6%b6%b2%e9%80%8f%e6%9e%90%e6%82%a3%e8%80%85amp;tjType=sentenceamp;styleamp;t=hemodialysis%2Bpatientshemodialysis patients’ life quality and family support function.Methods:With reference to inclusion and exclusion criteria, the author carried out a survey among 200 informed consent patients from tow “Grade A Class Three” general hospitals of Jiangxi Province was carried out in May of 2014, in which the General Situation Questionnaire (i.e. the basic information regarding the patients and the patients’ family supporters), the MOS 36-item Short Form Health Questionnaire, the APGAR Questionnaire were adopted. To ensure the authenticity of the data, the author involved himself in the whole process of the survey, like the handing-out and taking-back of the questionnaires, data analysis, etc. The patients as the subjects wererequested to respond to the survey all by themselves ， except when the health andliteracy issues fail them to, the author will then to assist. By appraising the data collected, the author analyzed the risk factors of the patients’ family support function. The author compare the quality of life between the high and low family support function.The patients who underwent low family support function were included as subjects who would receive a designed intervention for 8 months. The interventions are health eduction, diet support, medication supervision and fistula care. After the intervention, another questionnaire survey would be carried out for further data.
