摘要马斯洛是一位对人类已经产生重要影响 并且还将继续产生长久影响 的天才 似的社会心理学家 、人格心理学 家和比较心理学家 ，是人本主义心理学的主要创 始人 ，是继精神分析学 、行为主义之 后“第三思潮 ”的首领 。他所构建 的“需要 层次论 ”、“自我实现论 ”、“高峰体验论 ”等理论 ，世人都已耳熟能详 。人的全面 发展是当今世界的热门话题 ，是国内外社 会研究的聚集点 ，也是政治 、经济 、文 化 、道德 、社会发展中的一个现实问题 。在党中央提 出“以人为本 ”、“科学发展 观 ”、“构建和谐社会”等发展思路后，人 的发展就被提到一个从未有过的高度。 马斯洛力图为人的发展提供一个积极的动机理论 ，这就是他的需要动机理论 。本 文从马斯洛需要层次理论出发，揭示人类生存成长发展的内在动力。 本文主要从四个方面来阐述马斯洛的需 要动机理论以及该理论与人 全面发 展之间的关系。 第一部分主要讨论了马斯洛需要层次理论的内涵 。他认为人的存在 、成长及 其发展都是以“似本能”为基础的 。“似本能”是他所有人性理论的奠基石。他 从“似本能”需要一步步引出生理、安全 、爱与归属、自尊、自我实现的需要。 运用演绎的方法 ，阐述和梳理了各种需要 的主要内容和相互关系 ，然后比较了马 克思与马斯洛的需要理论。 第二部分首先厘清马斯洛眼中的 发展了的人应该是什么样子 ，接着从他的需 要理论出发 ，追问了人的发展之 何以可能 。第三部分是首先说明了需要是人全面 展的积极因素，再仔细阐述了需要与人的发展之间的关系。 第四部分对马斯洛的需要动机理 论进行了客观公正的评论 。批判了这种理论 的根本不足之处 ，也赞扬了该理论相对于 弗洛伊德 的“强本能论 ”和行为主义的 “反本能论 ”所具有的巨大进步 ，它对推 动人性深入发展具有重要贡献 ，同时也 探讨了他的需要动机理论对我国构建和谐社会的启示和借鉴意义。 关键词：马斯洛；需要动机理论；人的发展 IAbstractMasluo was a talent social psychologist, humanistic psychologist and comparative psychologist with great and prolonged influence on human. He was the founder of humanistic psychologist, the chief of “The Third Force” succeeding psycho–analysis, behaviorism. The theory is constructed by him such as “needhierarchy theory ”， “Self-realization theory”, “Peak experience theory” etc. Thesewere more well-known by people.
