AbstractFirmsbegintofocusonbothpriceandqualityascompetitionbecomefiercer.However,priceandqualitydecisionsareoftenmadefromdifferentsourceswithinasupplychain,whichmakessupplychainperformancerelativelylowaseachpartyaimstomaximizehisownprofit.Thispaperstudiesasupplychaincomposedbyamanufacturerandaretailer,whichsatisfiesaprice-qualitydependentdemandforasingleproductinasingleperiod.Themanufacturerdeterminesthequalitylevel,whiletheretailpricedependsontheretailer.Externalqualitycostistakenintoaccountaswellasanexogenousmandatoryqualitythreshold.First,acentralizedsupplychainmodelandamanufacturer–ledStackelberggamemodelaredevelopedandsolved.Wefoundthattheoptimalqualityandpriceofthedecentralizedsituationisbothhigherthanthatoftheintegratedmodel.Thenimpactsofaqualitycostsharingcontractandarevenuesharingcontractonthesupplychainperformanceandprice-qualityequilibriumarecompared.Weshowthatonlywhenthecost-sharingratioislessthanathresholdcanacost-sharingcontractimprovethesupplychainperformance;whenbothsidessharerevenue,althoughtheoptimalqualitylevelislower,therestillexistspropercontractparameterswhichmakethesupplychainperformancebetteroff.Thenumericalstudyalsoshowsthatarevenuesharingcontractcanimprovesupplychainperformancesignificantly,andawin-winsituationcanbeachievedbetweenthe2sides.Instead,thesupplychaincannotbecoordinatedbyaqualitycostsharingcontract.Wefinallyderivesomemanagementinsights;includinghigherqualityisnotalwaysoptimalforproductsthatsatisfythosespecifiedconditionsinoursettings,theimportanceofqualityregulationetc.Keywords:supplychainmanagement,quality,pricing,contract目录摘要.............................................................................................................IAbstract......................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景...........................................................................................(1)1.2研究目的与意义..........................................................................
