AbstractWiththemobilephoneconsumermarketoffiercecompetition,fromthe90sdominationofMotorolamobilephoneera,convertedintoNOKIAin2000,andthentotherecentyearsfireallovertheworldapplemobilephone,mobilephoneupgradefastrate,itrequeststoprovidemobilephoneelectronicpartsqualityandpriceandotheraspectsoftheaccordwithmobilephoneadvancesinmobilephone,becausethestylebecomesmoreandmoreportable,moreandmorethin,requirementsofsoundqualityisgettingbetterandbetter,thisrequiresaminiatureelectro-acousticcomponentsoftheperformanceandqualityimprove,butthisimprovedfacingmanufacturingminiatureelectro-acousticcomponentsoftheproductcostandimprovetheprofitdecline.Therefore,tostrengthencostmanagement,usingscientificmanagementmethodstoreducethemanufacturingcost,electro-acousticcomponentsenterprisesneedtosolvetheproblem.Theobjectivecostmanagementisalsointherecentyearsiswidelyused,toenhancethecorecompetitivenessofenterprisesandcompetitiveadvantage,andultimatelyimprovethemanagementperformanceofenterprise.ThispaperisbasedontheAACTechnologiesLTD.(AAC)company’scostmanagementpresentsituation,exploreandconstructtheapplicationsystemoftargetcostmanagementofenterprises,andthroughempiricalresearchonacousticcompany,thinktheenterprisetargetcostmanagementsystemisadapttocurrentprofitandcostmanagementmethods,helpenterprisestocontinuouslyenhanceprofitability.2Thispaperstartsfromthesignificanceoftheresearchtargetcost,throughacomprehensiveunderstandingofthetargetcostresearchcontentandideas,thetheoryanduseofthetargetcostandprocessandmechanism,fromthecurrentsituationofthecostmanagementofacousticcompanybegantoanalysisthepresentproblemsofcostmanagementandcostmanagementimproved,thenecessitytocarryoutthetargetcostmanagement.ThereforeAACintroducedthetargetcostmanagementsystem,includingacousticimplementationtargetcostmanagementprinciples,contentandprocesssystemandmethodandindexsystem,thecomprehensiveanalysisandcontinuousimprovementtargetcosts,andtheimplementationprocessencountereddifficultiesandproblems,aimingatthesedifficul
