Methods: The eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of EMT patients were taken, in which 6 cases of blood stasis syndrome type, 6 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type, 6 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type, and 6 cases of eutopic endometrial tissues of normal people. Using immunohistochemical method to study the expression differences of Annexin V, Vimentin and MYL3 on eutopic and ectopic endometrium of EMT patients and normal endometrialtissues, to test the above index expression on paraffin specimens in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of 18 EMT patients and 6 cases of normal endometrial tissues, and to measure IOD values of the above result by Image pro Plus5.0 software, and to analyse the expression differences on eutopic and ectopic endometrium and normal endometrial tissues among the EMT blood stasis syndrome type, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type, kidney deficiency syndrome type, blood stasis syndrome
