摘 要 21世纪以来，我国光伏产业保持持续快速的增长，国际竞争力不断提升，国际市场占有率不断提高，出口总量和出口范围不断扩大。伴随着我国光伏行业的不断崛起，与欧盟的竞争不断加强，相互之间的利益冲突也不断加大。随着国际市场竞争的加剧，反倾销作为WTO所允许采用抵制不当竞争的贸易保护措施，越来越频繁的被各国采用。目前我国光伏产品出口遭到欧盟反倾销的严重阻碍，已经成为影响我国光伏产品出口的主要障碍。 本文共分为五部分。其中部分主要描述了本文的选题背景和意义。、的。第了。第从分析的原因。第分别从政府、企业和行业协会三个角度出国光伏产应对的建议。Abstract Since the 21st century, Chinas PV industry has maintained a sustained and rapid growth. At the same time, its international competitiveness and market share have improved a lot with the total export value and export range continuing to expand. With the development of Chinas photovoltaic industry, the competition and conflict of interest between the EU and China is also increasing. With the international competition becoming fierce, anti-dumping is used frequently by more and more country as the trade protection measure allowed by WTO to boycott unfair competition. At present, Chinas photovoltaic have been severely hampered by the EUs anti-dumping which has already become a major obstacle to Chinas photovoltaic products exports. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part describes the background and significance of this thesis. The second part introduces the concept of dumping, anti-dumping and the relationship between anti-dumping and multilateral trade rules. The third part is an general introduction of the situation that Chinas PV products suffering UEs anti-dumping. The fourth part analyzes the reason of PV products encountering EUs anti-dumping from the internal and external respect. The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures and useful suggestions to deal with the EUs anti-dumping from the respect of government, enterprise and industry associations.
