百叶尖的生药学研究 摘要:目的对百叶尖的根茎进行生药学研究,为其鉴别及进一步研究开发提供参考依据。方法采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别及薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果原植物形态主要特征为叶片为一回羽状复叶,倒披针形,侧生羽片约30-50对,叶片向基部逐渐收缩。药材性状主要特征为根茎表面密被黄棕色、线状披针形鳞片。显微鉴别主要特征为根茎横切面中柱为双韧管状中柱,分体中柱“U”型,木质部由管胞组成,其内外均有韧皮部及内皮层;粉末特征淀粉粒甚多,单粒圆形或椭圆形,脐点点状或裂缝状,层纹不明显;复粒由2~3个分粒组成;梯纹及网纹管胞多见。系统预试验表明其可能含有皂苷、还原糖、苷类、黄酮类、内脂、甾醇、酚性成分、萜类、挥发油等成分;薄层色谱中,药材在相应位置上显示相同颜色的荧光斑点,重现性较好。结论所得结果可为百叶尖的鉴定???该药的质量标准制定及进一步深入研究和开发利用提供一定的理论依据。 关键词:百叶尖;生药学;薄层色谱 中图分类号:R932文献标志码:A文章编号:1007-2349(2017)09-0065-03 【Abstract】Objective: To make pharmacognostical study of rhizomes of Pteris vittata and to provide reference for their identification and further research and development. Methods: Source identification, character identification, microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification and thin layer chromatography were used. Results: The main features of original plant leaves were bout pinnately compound leaf, oblanceolate, lateral leaflets about 30-50 pairs, with its leaf blade gradual contraction to the base. The main features of medicinal properties for the rhizome surface were densely yellow-brown and linear lanceolate scales. The main features of microscopic identification were the mid-column of root cross-section was bicollateral siphonostele, U-type splitting column, and xylem consisted of trachea, phloem and endocarp both inside and outside. The powder characteristics were more starch grain, granular or oval, umbilical point-like or crack-like, with unclear annular striation. Complex particles constitute from 2 to 3 sub-compositions, with more ladder and reticular cells. Systemic pre-test showed it may contain saponins, reducing sugar, glycosides, flavonoids, lactones, sterols, phenolic compounds, terpenoids, volatile oil and other components. In thin layer chromatography, the medical materials displayed the same fluorescent spots in corresponding position, with better reproducibility.
