精品论文 参考文献 运用纳络酮治疗脑血栓的临床观察 1.内蒙古自治区人民医院 内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市 010020； 　　2.内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔临河区巴彦淖尔市医院 内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市 015000 　　摘要：目的：探讨纳洛酮治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法：选取我院2015年6月-2016年6月脑血栓患者90例，用随机数表法将90例患者分为观察组（A组 45例）和对照组（B组 45例），观察组的患者在进行常规治疗的基础上使用纳洛酮进行治疗，对照组的患者只使用常规的治疗方法进行治疗，对观察组和对照组两组的治疗总有效率和神经功能缺损的评分进行对比，观察临床治疗效果。结果：在治疗总有效率方面，观察组的总有效率93.33%高于对照组的总有效率77.78%，两组之间差异比较明显（Plt;0.05）具有统计学意义；观察组和对照组的患者经过一定时间的治疗后神经功能缺损评分都有所降低，观察组的的降低幅度要大于对照组的降低幅度（Plt;0.05）具有统计学意义。结论：使用纳洛酮治疗脑血栓大大提高了临床治疗的效果，使患者的神经功能有所改善，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广使用。 　　关键词：纳洛酮；脑血栓；临床效果 　　【 abstract 】 objective：to study the effect of naloxone in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Selection methods：our hospital on June 6，2015-2016，90 patients with cerebral thrombosis in June，by using the stochastic indicator method 90 patients were divided into observation group（A group 45 cases）and control group 45 cases（group B），the observation group on the basis of routine therapy in patients using naloxone treatment，control group of patients using only conventional therapy treatment，the observation group and control group in the treatment of two groups total effective rate and neural function defect score comparison，observe the clinical therapeutic effect.Results：the total effective rate in treatment，the observation group total effective rate was 93.33% higher than that of the control group total effectiveness 93.33%，the obvious difference between the two groups（P lt; 0.05），statistically significant；After a certain time of the observation group and control group of patients after treatment reduced neural function defect scale，observation group of the margin of lower margin of lower than the control group（P lt; 0.05），with statistical significance.Conclusion：naloxone treatment of cerebral thrombosis significantly improved the clinical treatment effect and make the neural function in patients with improved，improve the patients quality of life，is worth clinical use. 　　【 key words 】 naloxone；Cerebral thrombosis.Clinical effect 　　 　　 　　脑血栓是临床上比较常见的一类心脑血管疾病，此类疾病主要
