精品论文 参考文献 运用综合护理干预冠心病患者血脂变化研究 　陆宏郭慧牛杨扬 　　解放军第309医院心内科北京100091 　　【摘要】目的:探讨综合护理干预改善冠心病患者生活方式及血脂水平的效果。方法:选择本院2009年6月~2010年12月收治的冠心病患者80例,随机分为干预组与对照组,对照组给予常规的健康教育,观察组在对照组给予积极的健康教育、用药指导、饮食指导、运动指导、心理控制指导等综合干预,随访观察2组生活方式及血脂水平的改善情况。结果:干预后干预组戒烟限酒、主动运动、合理饮食、按时复查患者的例数明显多于对照组。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜001）。结论:综合护理干预对改善冠心病患者生活方式及血脂水平的疗效肯定,治疗可靠安全,患者的保健意识和能力增强,患者生存质量得到提高,临床值得推广。 　　【关键词】护理干预;冠心病患者;血脂变化Application of comprehensive nursing intervention on changes of blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease 　　Lu HongGuo HuiNiu Yangyang(The peoples Liberation Army 309th Hospital Department of Cardiology,100091) 　　【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the comprehensive nursing intervention improve way of life in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and the effect of lipid levels.Method selection in June 2009 to December 2009 at our hospital treated 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,control group given routine health education,the observation group in the control group given positive health education guidance,medication guidance,diet guidance,movement control,psychological guidance and other comprehensive intervention,two groups were followed on the improvement of their lifestyle and lipid levels.Results after the intervention intervention group quit alcohol,active exercise,reasonable diet,timely review the cases of patients with significantly greater than the control group.Comparison of two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P＜001).Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention for improving the way of life of patients with coronary heart disease and blood lipid levels of curative effect,treatment,reliable safety consciousness and the ability to enhance patient care,patient quality of life improved,worth clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】Nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease;blood lipid changes 　　【中图分类号】R47【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1674-8999(2013)08-0535-01 　　冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病简称冠心病。
