精品论文 参考文献 脑出血患者心理护理的疗效观察 唐久红 刘伟 　　（安徽省蚌埠市怀远县第二人民医院神经外科 233400） 　　【摘要】目的 通过对脑出血患者进行心理护理治疗有助于减轻和消除脑出血患者的心理影响。方法　随机选取我科2013年1月到2014年1月收治的112例脑出血患者，随机分为两组，实验组56例，对照组56例，试验组在对照组的常规治疗基础上，进行心理护理，记录干预前后2组患者的血压、心率控制情况，统计患者并发症发生率以及对护理的满意度。结果　实验组进行心理治疗后，患者的心理状态，病情转归及疾病的认识以及肢体功能锻炼方面均有明显改善，两组比较有明显改善性差异，两组相比实验组血压、心率降低较显著(Plt;0.05)，实验组并发症发病率以及对护理的满意度均优于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论　心理护理能显著提高脑出血患者的治疗效果。 　　【关键词】脑出血 心理护理 疗效 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）05-0245-02 　　 　　【Abstract】objective: through the study of the psychological nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage treatment helps to reduce and eliminate the psychological impact of cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods: randomly selected from our department from January 2013 to January 2014 were analyzed in 112 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients, randomly divided into two groups, experimental group 56 cases, control group 56 cases, patients in the control group, based on the conventional treatment of psychological nursing, record 2 groups of patients before and after the intervention of blood pressure, heart rate control, statistical complications as well as to the care of patients with satisfaction. Results: the experimental group after therapy, the patients mental state, the understanding of the disease outcome and disease and limb function exercise aspects are obviously improved, obviously improved compared with the two groups, compared two groups of experimental group blood pressure, heart rate reduced significantly (P lt; 0.05), the experimental group incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were better than control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusions psychological nursing can significantly improve the effect of the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. 　　【 key words 】cerebral hemorrhage Psychological care The curative effect 　　脑出血是指小动脉、毛细血管破裂等原因引起的原发性非外伤性脑实质内出血，好发于55岁以上的中老年人，该病具有发病率高、致残率高、复发率高的特点，尽管经过积极的治疗和护理，多数患者保住了生命，但多留有偏瘫、失语症等后遗症。
