精品论文 参考文献 脉络宁血塞通治疗高血压糖尿病并发眼底血的临床观察 （上海市浦东新区洋泾社区卫生服务中心眼科 上海 200135） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察分析脉络宁血塞通治疗高血压糖尿病并发眼底血的临床效果。方法：选择2013年2月到2015年9月期间在我院进行治疗的54例高血压糖尿病并发眼底血患者为研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组（28例）、对照组（28例），对照组患者单纯采用血塞通治疗，观察组患者采用脉络宁血塞通联合治疗，对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果：用药期间两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应，治疗后，总有效率方面，观察组患者为96.4%，对照组患者为71.4%，两组患者总有效率组间对比，chi;2=4.76，P＜0.05；另外，观察组显效例数显著高于对照组，chi;2=7.18，P＜0.01。结论：高血压糖尿病并发眼底血患者联合采用脉络宁血塞通治疗，能够显著的改善患者的临床症状，疗效显著，建议进行推广应用。 　　【关键词】 脉络宁；血塞通；高血压；糖尿病；眼底血；临床效果 　　【中图分类号】R544.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）30-0036-02 　　Clinical observation of Mailuoning Xuesaitong in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension fundus hemorrhage 　　Nie Youhua.
