精品论文 参考文献 脂联素、血脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗与子痫前期发病的关系 明芳 杨洁 吕秀芳 　　（深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院lt;暨南大学附属深圳宝安区妇幼保健院gt;产科 广东 深圳 518000） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究子痫前期患者脂联素、血脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗水平的关系。方法：临床纳入52例我院2013年6月至2015年6月期间收治的子痫前期妊娠女性作为研究组，另选取52例同期来我院进行检查的健康妊娠女性作为对照组。分别采用酶联免疫吸附法对两组对象进行脂联素及胰岛素抵抗水平进行检测，采用全自动生化分析仪进行血脂水平检测。结果：研究组患者TC、TG、LDL-C以及ApoB水平明显高于对照组，P＜0.05；而HDL-C、ApoA1水平明显低于对照组，P＜0.05。研究组患者脂联素水平低于对照组，IRI水平高于对照组，均P＜0.05。研究组患者血清脂联素与TG呈负相关（P＜0.05），与HDL-C呈正相关（P＜0.05），其他指标未见线性相关（P＞0.05），对照组脂联素与血脂水平未见线性相关（P＞0.05）。研究组、对照组脂联素与IRI均呈负相关（P＜0.05）。结论：子痫前期患者脂联素降低可能与血脂代谢以及胰岛素抵抗异常有关，可能参与了低脂联素促发子痫前期的发病机制。 　　【关键词】 子痫前期；脂联素；血脂代谢；胰岛素抵抗；关系 　　【中图分类号】R714 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）18-0115-02 　　Clinical correlation of adiponectin, blood lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in PE patients 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the clincial correlation of adiponectin, blood lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in PE patients. Method 52 pregnant women with PE treated from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as study group; 52 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group. Through ELISA, the adiponectin and insulin resistance level for two groups was detected. Through the fully automatic biochemical analyzer, the blood lipid level was detected. Result The level of TC, TG, LDL-C and ApoB for study group was signficantly higher than that of control group (P＜0.05); the level of HDL-C and ApoA1 for study group was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05); the level of adiponectin for study group was lower than that of control group; the level of IRI for study group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05); for study group, the level of adiponectin was negatively correlated with TG (P＜0.05); for study group, the level of adiponectin was positively correlated with HDL-C (P＜0.05); the other index had no linear correlation (P＞0.05); for control group, the level of adiponectin and blood lipid level had no linear correlation (P＞0.05); for two groups, the level of adiponectin was
