精品论文 参考文献 胰岛素泵治疗围手术期糖尿病50例疗效观察 吴庆永1 郭振奎 2（1济南大学 山东省医学科学院医学与生命学院 山东济南 250062山东省滨州市无棣县人民医院内分泌科 山东滨州 251900）（1,2山东省医学科学院糖尿病医院 山东济南 250062） 【摘要】目的 比较胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素（continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion，CSII）及多次皮下注射胰岛素（multiple subcutaneous insulin injection，MSII）对控制围手术期糖尿病患者血糖水平、安全性等疗效观察。方法 2010年9月至2012年9月，我院102例糖尿病围手术期患者，随机分组，分别应用胰岛素泵和常规皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖，观察血糖水平、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率、切口愈合等级等指标，比较两组之间的差别。结果CSII组(A组)达到理想血糖所需时间少于MSII组(B组)，所需胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率也低于B组。切口愈合等级两组无统计??意义。结论 对择期手术患者胰岛素泵治疗能缩短术前待手术期，血糖达标时间减少，使患者血糖得到理想控制，减少低血糖发生，是控制围手术期血糖的有效办法。 【关键词】 围手术期 糖尿病，2型 胰岛素输注系统 【中图分类号】R458+.5【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）29-0126-02 【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical therapeutic effect of the CSII(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion) and the MSII(multiple subcutaneous insulin injection) to the perioperative diabetic patients. Methods From Sept. 2010 to Sept. 2012, 102 perioperative diabetic patients were randomly divided into the CSII group and the MSII group. After the treatment, the total clinical effect, such as the plasma glucose level, the dosage of insulin, the rate of hypoglycemia, the grades of the incision healing, were observed and analyzed to evaluate the differences between the two groups. Results The time of plasma glucose for achieving the target, the dosage of insulin, and rate of hypoglycemia were shorter in the CSII group (group A) than the MSII group (group B). There were no significance differences in the grades of incision healing between the two groups. Conclusion The application of CSII in the perioperative diabetic patients can bring better glucose control, shorten the time of plasma glucose for achieving the target and the preoperative preparation time. And it also can decrease the rate of hypoglycemia.
