精品论文 参考文献 胫骨远端解剖锁定钢板治疗复杂Pilon骨折临床疗效观察 张宏斌 　　（重庆市忠县人民医院骨科 重庆 404300） 　　【摘要】 目的：探究胫骨远端解剖锁定钢板治疗复杂Pilon骨折的临床疗效及其安全性。方法：选取我院2010年2月—2013年2月住院部80例复杂Pilon骨折患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组和对照组，研究组患者进行胫骨远端解剖锁定钢板治疗，对照组患者进行根骨骨钉牵引治疗，观察记录两组患者的治疗效果、并发症情况以及手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间。结果：两组患者均成功完成手术，将患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、治疗总有效率、术后总并发症率进行比较，研究组均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：胫骨远端解剖锁定钢板治疗复杂Pilon骨折，其疗效十分显著，并且术后并发症少，安全性高，患者恢复快，值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】 胫骨远端解剖锁定钢板；Pilon骨折；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R687 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）15-0045-02 　　Distal tibial anatomical locking plate in the treatment of complicated Pilon fractures 　　Zhang Hongbin Chongqing Zhongxian Peoplersquo;s Hospital, 404300 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore clinical efficacy and safety of locking plate of distal tibial anatomy in treating complicated Pilon fracture.Methods Eighty patients with complex Pilon fracture admitted by the inpatient department of this hospital from February, 2010 to February, 2013 were selected as research subjects, who were divided into the research group and the control group according to different methods of treatment, patients in the research group were subject to distal anatomic locking plate treatment of tibia, patients in the control group were subject to traction treatment of thread of root bone, and therapeutic efficacy, complications, operation duration, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay of patients in two groups were compared. Results Patients in two groups successfully completed surgeries, the operation duration, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, total effective rate of curing and total postoperative rate of complications if of patients in two groups were compared, the said values of patients in the research group were better than that of patients in the control group, p lt; 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Distal tibial anatomical locking plate in the treatment of complex Pilon fracture, the
