Methods 60 patients with postoperative of anus week abscess were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group adopts Lithospermi oil gauze; Control group adopts the Kangfuxin liquid gauze. Observe the two groups of patients with postoperative 1, 7, 14, 21 days, the pain of the wound. Results On postoperative day 1, score between the two groups after statistics processing, P gt; 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference; Postoperative day 7, 14 days, score between the two groups after statistics processing, P lt; 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After 21 days, score between the two groups after statistics processing, P gt; 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusions Lithospermi oil can obviously reduce wound pain of crissum abscess postoperative day 7 and day 14 , increase patient comfort. 　　【Key words】 Lithospermi oil; New recove
