精品论文 参考文献 221例麻疹患者临床观察 谭敏 舒丽 （遂宁市中心医院感染科 四川 遂宁 629000） 【摘要】 目的：分析我院住院麻疹病人的流行病学及临床特点，探讨其预防及治疗措施。方法：回顾分析我院2015年1月1日至2015年4月30日治疗的221例麻疹患者的临床资料。结果：我院麻疹患者有一定的临床特点，221例患者中，1岁以下148例，发病高峰年龄为8月以下，发病高峰时间为1、2、3月份共211例(占95％)。以咳嗽、发热、皮疹为主要临床表现，可并发支气管炎、支气管肺炎、急性喉炎、脑炎、心肌损害、肝损害等。血清麻疹病毒IgM抗体阳性率212例(占96％)。接种过麻疹疫苗的患者临床表现不典型，且病情相对较轻。结论：本组病例资料流行病学特点为本地区本年度麻疹发病率较往年发病率明显增高，且lt;8月年龄段发病率较高，发病者多为未接种麻疹疫苗，临床特点为多数为典型麻疹,占94％，并发症多，lt;8月重型麻疹多，支气管肺炎以lt;3岁婴幼儿多见，成人肝损害多见。接种麻疹疫苗， 是预防麻疹流行的重要措施。 【关键词】 麻疹；麻疹病毒；临床特点 【中图分类号】R51 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）34-0028-02 Clinical observation of 221 cases of measles Tan Min,Shu Li. The Central Hospital of Suining, Sichuan Province,Suining 629000，China 【Abstract】Objective to analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of hospitalized measles patients in our hospital, and to investigate the preventive and therapeutic measures. Methods The clinical data of 221 cases of measles patients treated in our hospital from April 30, 2015 to January 1, 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results There are some clinical characteristics in our hospital, 221 cases of patients, 1 years of age in 148 cases, the peak age of onset was below the August, the peak time of the disease was 1, 2, March, a total of 211 cases (95%). To cough, fever, skin rash were the main clinical manifestations, concurrent bronchitis, bronchial pneumonia, acute laryngitis, encephalitis, myocardial damage, liver damage and so on. The positive rate of measles virus IgM antibody in 212 cases (96%). The clinical manifestations of patients with measles vaccine were not typical, and the disease was relatively mild. Conclusion The epidemiological characteristics of this group of patients were significantly higher than previous years, and the incidence rate of lt;8 was high, the incidence of measles vaccine was not vaccinated, the clinical characteristics of the majority were typical measles, accounting for 94%, lt
