精品论文 参考文献 30例外固定架骨搬运术治疗慢性骨髓炎患者的护理研究 刘芹 　　(巴中骨科医院 四川 巴中 636000) 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨外固定架骨搬运术治疗慢性骨髓炎患者的护理方法。方法：选择我院于2013年4月至2015年1月期间收治的30例慢性骨髓炎患者作为受试对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各15例，两组患者均行外固定架骨搬运术治疗，围术期观察组给予综合护理干预，对照组按常规护理，比例两组临床疗效及并发症情况。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，组间差异P＜0.05。观察组并发症率显著低于对照组，组间差异P＜0.05。结论：慢性骨髓炎患者采用外固定架骨搬运术治疗后给予综合护理干预，有利于治疗效果，并减少并发症，应推广该护理模式。 　　【关键词】 慢性骨髓炎；外固定架骨搬运术；综合护理干预 　　【中图分类号】R473.6 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）10-0240-02 　　Nursing study on 30 exception handling operation fixator for the treatment of patients with chronic osteomyelitis LiuQin 　　BaZhong Department of orthopedics hospital SiChuan BaZhong 636000,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing methods of external fixator in treatment of patients with chronic osteomyelitis handling. Methods Our hospital treated during January April 2013 to 2015 years of 30 cases of chronic osteomyelitis patients as subjects and were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, 15 cases in each, two groups of patients underwent external fixator handling therapy, peri operative period of observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group with routine care, the proportion of two groups of clinical curative effect and complications. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group P lt;. The complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference between the groups was P lt; 0.05. Conclusion Patients with chronic osteomyelitis by external fixator handling operation treatment after treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, is conducive to the treatment effect, and to reduce complications, should promote the nursing mode. 　　【Key words】 Chronic osteomyelitis; External fixator handling operation; Nursing intervention 　　外固定架骨搬
