摘要 我国大学毕业生就业难已经成为一个令人关注的问题，2014年有727万大学 生毕业，一组庞大的数字呈现在人们眼前。近几年来，大学生就业难的呼声日渐 高涨，在社会就业市场的吸纳能力没有明显增长的情况下，我国高校毕业生就业 问题显得更为突出，引人关注。 因此，在当前就业形势日益严峻的背景下，研究大学生就业问题具有急迫性 和重要性。就业问题不仅仅是个经济问题，同时也是一个社会问题和政治问题。 21世纪的中国已经进入了一个经济全球化、信息多元化的时代，全国各领域的竞 争也与世界各国紧密联系在一起。此外，我国由于经济水平的提高，各高校的招 生率也日益上升，大学生的数量急剧增加，每年走向社会的毕业生多不胜数。再 加上大学生自身的就业心理 力与自身能力不足，这些都直接导致了大学生就 业难的问题。本文通过阅读近年来的一些相关方面的文献资料，结合调查大理学 院毕业生就业情况，分析比较得出了关于就业难问题方面仍存在的不足，也对其 提出了一些解决方案。 [关键词] 大学生；就业难；经济；大理学院 Abstract Employment difficulties of university graduates has become an issue of concern in china. There are 7.27 million college graduates in 2014, a huge figure come in front of people. In recent years, the cry of the college students difficult employment are on the rise, in the cases of social employment markets disability to absorb a significant rise , the more prominent of the employment problems of college graduates become more and more hot. Therefore, in the context of the current employment situation worsening, it is more urgency and important for the study of graduates employment problem.
