浅析安徽经济型酒店的现状及发展策略 安徽工业大学管理学院 试析安徽经济型酒店的现状及发展策略 摘要 经济型酒店已迅速发展为安徽酒店业一个新的增长点，已成为国内外酒店管理集团关注的焦点。论文通过对经济性酒店在安徽省的现状、发展障碍和前景进行分析，提出具体建议措施。文章对经济型酒店在学界研究概况和国内外发展现状进行了综述。在此基础上分析了安徽省经济型酒店的特点以及安徽省经济性酒店发展过程中存在的问题。通过对安徽省经济性酒店的产业环境分析，提出在市场定位、产品策略、渠道策略等方面的发展策略。论文的重点部分安徽省经济型酒店的发展现状分析以及发展策略。文章认为，在当前条件下，安徽经济型酒店的发展有着特定的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。因其独特的市场定位和可预见的快速增长的客户群，安徽经济型酒店未来的发展趋势将是品牌化、连锁化。尽管市场前景广阔，但面对激烈的市场竞争，安徽经济型酒店要想塑造和不断提升自己的核心竞争力，在酒店业内忧外患中冲出重围，必须通过差异化、低成本化、连锁化、品牌化、信息化和服务标准化等途径。 关键词：经济型酒店 安徽 定位 策略 Abstract Hotels in Anhui have been the rapid development of the hotel industry for a new growth point, the hotel has become the focus of attention of the management of the Group1.
