According to the data w e collected, w e found some preferences of elderly in sports: such as fitness longevity, prevention and treating of illnesses, pleasure, eagerness and improvement of interpersonal communication and so on. Of course, some ot her problems such as easy injury and lack of part ners also cannot be ignored. What s more, lack of organizations in sports games is also an important factor affect ing their participation in physical exercise.
