黑?龙?江?大?学 本科学生毕业论文 汽车维修企业配件库存优化研究 系部名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： 摘 要 本文分析了企业管理与供应链管理的关系，确定合理的订货模式—定期订货模式，能使汽车维修企业长远利益最大化，并确保供应链企业整体获利；采用定期订货模式，降低了配件订货前置期的不确定性，因此，既可降低安全库存量，又可减少缺货损失。提出了优化配件库存的方法，利用网络技术实现需求信息共享。按配件需求特性确定权重，利用加权移动平均法预测配件需求，根据需求合理制定周转库存；正确处理成本、效益与用户服务之间的关系，将汽车维修技术与库存管理技术有机结合，制定配件的可得性，根据配件可得性确定必要的安全库存。 论文最后对哈尔滨运通俊奥汽车维修服务站配件库存进行优化，当前汽车配件需求预测应尽量简洁、实用，将预测技术应与实际经验相结合，实现企业配件库存的优化控制。 关键词：汽车维修企业；汽车配件；库存；需求；优化 ABSTRACT The relationshop beween the enterprise management and the supply xbain management is also studied in this thesis.Itxan be concluded that the Fixed-interval System,a kind of teasonable ordering pattern,can maxomize the long-term profits of the automobile service enterprise and guarantce the benefits of the enterprises on the whole supply chain.This pattern also can decrease the uncertainty on the peophase of the fittings order.Therefore thesafety stocks as well as the loss of‘out-of-stlck’can be erduced.The methods and strategy to optimize the fittings storage are proposed.The network technologu is adopted to share the information of reqnirements and the weight is determined according to the characteristics of the fittings demands.And the weight shift average method is used to forecast the demands of thefittings and thus to design the reasonable tutnover stock.The relationships of the costs,profits and client service are properly treated and the technipues of automobile maintenance and inventory management are rffectively integrated toevaluation the availability of the components.So thenecessary safety stock is determined according to the firrings availability. The paper transports finally to Harbin passes the handsome Austria automobile service station fitting stock to carry on the optimization,And it can be concluded that current demand forecast of the vehicle fittings should be compact and practical.A
