河 南 科 技 学 院 2015本科毕业论文 论文题目：普通院校本科数学专业教师教育现状研究 ——以河南科技学院数学科学学院为例 学生姓名： 张 郁 琳 所在院系： 数学科学学院 所学专业： 数学与应用数学 导师姓名： 刘 娟 完成时间： 2015-05-10 普通院校本科数学专业教师教育现状研究 ——以河南科技学院数学科学学院为例 摘要 随着“卓越教师培养计划”的启动，专业化教师的培养成为当下教师教育的一个趋势，以河南科技学院数学科学学院为例，通过搜集资料、调查统计、案例分析等方法，从现有课程体系、活动组织情况和实习情况三个方面，首先，对普通院校本科数学专业教师教育的现状进行阐述与说明。另外，结合教育学者的研究成果，从教学专业素养、数学教育理论和数学教学技能三个主要影响因素为切入点，对“本科数学专业教师教育”模式进行探索。最后，在优化现行课程设置的基础上，形成了“观摩学习—模拟演练—假期实践—教育实习”的多层次、系统化的实践模式，并结合表格、示意图、举实例等，对每一步进行了详细阐述。对于现状分析中提出的问题，也在这个部分得到了彻底解决，形成完整的、具有可行性的一套方案，为普通院校本科数学专业教师教育模式提高参考意见。 关键词：专业化,数学专业教师教育,教学技能,数学专业素养,教育理论 Ordinary Undergraduate Mathematics Teacher Education Research----to Henan Institute of Science and Technology School of Mathematical Sciences as An Example Abstract With the launch of“Excellent Teacher Policies”, professional teachers training becomes tendency of current teacher education. Take Mathematical Sciences Department of Henan Institute of Science and Technology as an example, this theses aims to explain the current mathematics teacher education of common colleges and universities by collecting data, conducting research and analyzing samples. Then, with the reference of relative previous studies, this theses puts efforts on the model of math teachers training at universities based on three aspeots---professional quality in math, theoretical in math education and the skill in math education. And finally, at the premise of perfecting current courses, this theses puts up with multilevel and systematize model, namely, empathic learning—imitate drill—social experiences educational practice. With the help of tables, diagrammatic drawing and examples, this theses gives a detailed description of each step of the model.
