As a proposal will reach the decision maker, it has to be clear and persuasive. A good proposal usually includes detailed information and convincing facts or examples such as “a teenager whose dream was to be a world-famous football star experienced a VR film where he played the role of the captain of the Brazilian football team”. In order to make the proposal objective, the passive voice is frequently used, for example, “this is an extraordinary technology that must be developed further”. 2. structure of the text Paragraph 1 introduction Paragraph 2-4 How does the VR cinema work? It excites all five of people’s senses. It makes the viewers feel that they are actually in the film by using special VR headsets. Paragraph 5-6 Why is it better than ordinary cinema? It can provide teenagers with another way to experience the world and make them work harder to make their dreams come true. People are able to do some things that could never be achieved in real life with VR. Paragraph 7 How it can be used in other ways? VR might be used to train firefighters or in the classroom.
