Methods: Financial staffs in hospitals of Beijing were surveyed by questionnaires, and the data was analyzed. Results: Sex ratio for hospital financial staffs is 1:5.26; the average age of hospital financial staffs is 35.54; college is the main educational background while some of them do not have degrees; 60.52% of the financial staffs do not have any professional title; 34.63% of them have not receive any training in the last five years. Conclusion: Hospitals should allocate financial staffs rationally, optimize the structure of financial staffs and strengthen the training for financial staffs. Key words hospital; financial staf
