中国中西医结合杂志2005 年 3 月第 25 卷第 3 期 CJ ITWM , March 2005 , Vol. 25 , No. 3 2·55 · ·学术探讨· 系统生物学和中医证的研究 沈自尹 摘要 对自 15 世纪下半叶以来科学思想和科学方法论的回顾 ,阐明还原论是研究存在的科学 ,而涌现 论则是生成的观点 ,科学的态度是把还原论和整体论结合起来 ,指出系统生物学理论和分子生物学相结合 , 以及数学建模的方法是生命科学研究的新趋势,而“证”的研究正好和这个处于科学前沿、综合程度很强的系 统生物学理论相结合 ,将几十年来用还原论方法在分子水平的研究成果用生物数学方法进行系统整合 ,将再 次把“证”的研究推向科学前沿。 关键词 系统生物学 ;还原论 ;涌现论 ; 中医证;数学建模 Study on Systematic Biology and Syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine SHEN Ziyin Instit ute of Integra ted T raditional and Western Medicine , Huashan Hospital Af f iliated to Fudan U niversity , S hanghai ( 2 0004 0) The ideas and methodology of science since the later half of 15th century were reviewed in this article. It was indicated that reduction theory is the science studying existence , mainly the components and nature of things , and emergency theory is the science studying production , mainly involved in the production of new things , the scientific attitude in research work is to combine these two theories (the reductionism and holism) . The author also pointed out that the combination of systematic biology with molecular biology , and the applica tion of mathematical modeling are the new trend in research of life science. Research of “syndrome ”, a profes sional TCM term , is just consistent with this located at scientific frontier and hi ghly comprehensive systematic biological theory. The integration of findings at molecular level obtained during the last several decades by reduc tion theory will push the research of ”Syndrome ”into the scientific frontier again.
