摘要

资金是企业一项具有极强流动性的资产，对企业的发展至关重要，在企业的运作和管理中占据着核心位置。资金管理是企业进行财务管理的重要内容,贯穿于企业经济活动的始终。本篇文章以四川卓邦建筑工程有限公司为例，运用案例分析法、分析归纳法和文献研究法对该公司项目资金管理进行调查研究，对四川卓邦建筑工程有限公司项目资金管理现状进行深入分析，从而分析出四川卓邦建筑工程有限公司日常经营中项目资金管理所存在的问题，并根据上述问题提出相应的解决措施，旨在节省企业项目资金管理日常运行成本，提升企业日常资金管理效率。内因是事物发展变化的重要根源，公司只有从项目内部资金管理角度出发，节省企业的日常运行成本，使企业的融资能够保证项目长期运行，提高项目盈利能力，减少企业日常运行的资金压力，从而使得企业在企业竞争中更具优势。
