护理干预对糖尿病遵医行为影响的研究  Introduction Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic and non-communicable disease that has become a significant public health problem worldwide, impacting peoples quality of life. In 2019, the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimated the number of adults with diabetes worldwide were approximately 463 million, which is expected to increase to 700 million by 2045 (Saeedi et al., 2019). Diabetes is a disease that requires ongoing management, including self-care, medication adherence, dietary modifications, and physical activity, which can have a significant impact on patient outcomes, morbidity, and mortality. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of nursing interventions on patient compliance with diabetes treatment regimens. Methods The review was conducted using electronic databases (i.e., MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, and Cochrane library). The following search terms were used: “diabetes, “adherence, “compliance, “self-care, “nursing intervention, “nursing care, “obedience, “follow up, “insulin therapy, and “oral antidiabetic agents. Articles from 2010 to 2020 were included, and the publication language was restricted to English. The criteria for inclusion in the study included: (1) primary research studies; (2) studies that explored some form of nursing intervention(s) to improve compliance with diabetes management plans; (3) studies that reported the outcomes of the intervention(s); (4) studies that aimed to improve adherence to treatment regimens; and (5) articles published in English. Results The database search resulted in 512 articles, and after screening, 28 studies were included in this review. The use of nursing interventions to improve adherence to diabetes management regimens showed statistically significant improvements in various aspects of patient compliance, including medication adherence, self-care practices, HbA1c levels, and patient satisfaction with care.
