柯达伊教学法在我国音乐课程民族化开发中的实践研究 Abstract Kodály method has been widely used in music education around the world, and has been proven to be effective in developing musical skills, especially in the areas of singing, sight-reading, and rhythmic training. This paper explores the application of the Kodály method in promoting the development of ethnic music in China. Through literature review and case studies, it discusses how the Kodály method could be adapted and integrated into Chinas music curriculum to foster the appreciation and understanding of Chinese traditional music. Keywords: Kodály method, music education, ethnic music, China Introduction The Kodály method is a music education philosophy and practice based on the teachings and philosophies of Hungarian composer and music educator, Zoltán Kodály. developed in the mid-1900s, the Kodály method emphasizes the importance of singing, ear training, and folk music in music education. The method aims to develop musical skills, enhance creative expression, and promote cultural identity and understanding through the use of folk songs and other traditional music. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in promoting the development of ethnic music in China. Despite being home to a vast array of traditional music from the many different ethnic groups found in the country, Chinese music education has historically favored Western classical music. However, in recent years there has been a growing interest in teaching and promoting Chinese traditional music, both as a way of preserving the countrys cultural heritage and promoting a greater sense of national identity. In this context, the Kodály method presents an interesting option for integrating traditional music into Chinas music curriculum.
