IntroductionLiver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide, and it is currently one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths. Although there are many methods available for the treatment of liver cancer, percutaneous radiofrequency ablation is becoming more and more widely used due to its efficacy, minimal invasiveness, and ability to be performed under local anesthesia. Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation is a thermal ablation method that uses a high-frequency alternating current to destroy cancer cells and tissues. However, there are some potential adverse reactions that can occur during or after the procedure, such as puncture site bleeding, liver rupture, bile peritonitis, and so on. Therefore, it is very important for nurses to provide comprehensive nursing care and monitor patients closely during the entire procedure to prevent and/or treat adverse reactions.  Preoperative Nursing Care Preparing the patient mentally and physically is crucial before the procedure.
