针对性护理干预对输尿管上段结石患者体外冲击波碎石术后负性情绪及生活质量的影响  Abstract： Objective: To investigate the effect of targeted nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in patients with upper ureteral stones. Methods: A total of 180 patients with upper ureteral stones who underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group (90 cases) and control group (90 cases) according to the randomized controlled study method. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly lower negative emotions and better quality of life after targeted nursing intervention. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing intervention can effectively alleviate negative emotions and improve quality of life in patients with upper ureteral stones after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, which is worthy of widespread advocacy and application.
