SECTION (C4) TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION (C4) TERMS AND CONDITIONS Regarding the Cementing Services: 1） We ensure that the cementing operation can be carried out with three (3) pump trucks in total; that is to say, one stand-by truck is always available on each site for each rig and the third truck, which will stay in our operation base, will be at call out. Provided that one more pump truck is necessary in case of lack of capacity to fulfill the related jobs, CNPC Services Engineering Kish Ltd. Shall be responsible for that and shall bear the corresponding cost. 2） We guarantee that the cementing operation will be implemented successfully with our cementing design/formula which might be slightly adjusted based on the concrete condition of the wells. Due to the calculation of cement additives consumption in our commercial proposal relies on the normal condition of the typical wells, the actual quantities of used materials will be fluctuated accordingly with the condition of exact wells.
