贵州大学贵州大学 2009 届硕士研究生毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 5 液下正常生长的 pH 值为 3.0—10.0。从增长长度来看，White 培养液在 pH 值为 4.0、4.5 处理下和 Knop 培养液在 pH 值为 4.5 处理下金发藓增长长度超过对照组，且与对照组存在显著性差异。从叶绿素含量来看，大灰藓在 MS 培养液 pH 值为 5.5 处理下叶绿素含量最高，大羽藓在 3 种培养液不同 pH 值处理下叶绿素含量都未超过对照，金发藓叶绿素含量在 Knop 培养液 pH 值为 6.0 处理下最高。关键词：药用苔藓，培育，增长长度，叶绿素含量，显著性差异 Abstract This work is a basic research on greenhouse culturing and biological characters of several common medical bryophytes , At present, cultivate for bryophytes are few reports, especially in interior Artificial cultivation reported fewer. In this study, with a view to bryophytes depth of artificial cultivation, development and use of these medicinal moss to provide background information.Chosen three kinds of medicinal bryophytes Hypnum plumaeforme Wils. 、 Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz. et Molk.)doz et Molk、Polytrichum commune Hedw. to make an experiment of Artificial cultivation, To study the different mediums, the light intensity of its impact on growth,spraying of MS, Knop, White the 3 kinds of culture solution under Soil cultivation impact on growth of the bryophytes, To cultivate the bryophytes gametophyte with a liquid culture. In the medium and the light intensity of the impact on the growth of bryophytes on trial, set up 3 mediums of humus soil 、 yellow sand and powder pearl ,4 kinds of light intensity with 25%, 50% , 75% shading and no shading. Growth can not be normal under no shading, except under the shade of 75% ,the 3 mediums exert an influence on growth of Hypnum plumaeforme Wils. under The other light intensity the 3 mediums does not have an impact on growth of the bryophytes. light intensity has played a very important role In the process of the 3 kinds of bryophytes, growth.Under different light intensity the 3 kinds of bryophytes, growth showed significant differences. The result showing ,most favorable to the 3 kinds of bryophytes, growth under the shade of 25%. In the spraying 3 kinds of mediums of the impact on the growth of bryophytes
