AbstractThestudyonthecorrelationbetweenserumlevelsofPTX3andpreeclampsiaandrenalinjuryThestudyonthecorrelationbetweenserumlevelsofPTX3andpreeclampsiaandrenalinjuryAbstract【Objective】ToinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenserumPTX3withpreeclampsia,aswellastherelationshipbetweenserumPTX3andpreeclampsiaassociatedrenalinjury.【Methods】Therewere75patientswithpreeclampsiawhodeliveredinthematernitywardoftheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofSooChowUniversityfromSeptember2013andFebruary2014,whichincluded25patientswithmildpreeclampsiaand25patientswithseverpreeclampsia,and25caseswhowerehealthyoverthesameperiodasacontrolgroup.MeasuringtheserumconcentrationsofsolublePTX3ofeachgroupbyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay.Atthesametime,detectingvariousclinicalindicatorsofthreegroups.【Results】⑴ThemeanlevelsofPTX3inpatientsofcontrolgroup,MPEgroupandSPEgroupwere(4.51±1.45)ng/ml、(7.75±1.41)ng/ml、(9.81±2.47)ng/ml.Fromthesedata,wecouldseethelevelsofPTX3inpreeclampsiagroupswerehigherthanthatincontrolgroup(P0.05),andwhichinSPEgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatincontrolgroup(P0.01),aswellaswhichinSPEgroupwashigherthanMPEgroup(P0.05),betweengroupswerestatisticallysignificantdifference(P﹤0.05).⑵TheserumlevelsofPTX3wereobviouslypositivelycorrelatedwiththelevelsofMAP,NE,24-hoururinaryprotein,UAandCr,BUNinthreegroupsofpatients(0＜r＜1,P＜0.05).TheserumlevelsofhsCRPwereobviouslypositivelycorrelatedwiththelevelsofMAP,NE(0＜r＜1,P＜0.05),buthadnosignificantlycorrelationwith24-hoururinaryprotein,UA,Cr,BUNinthreegroupsofpatients(P＞0.05).BothhadnosignificantlycorrelationwithgestationalagesandBMI(P＞0.05).(3)TypingthetestingresultsintheROCcurveanalsy,wecouldseetheareaofPTX3undertheROCcurvewas0.905,whichofhsCRPwas0.812.SocomparedwithhsCRP,PTX3hadabettervauleondiagnosingpreeclampsia.【Conclusion】PTX3notonlyplaysanimportantroleintheoccurrenceofpreeclampsia,butalsoassociateswiththeseverityofthisdisease.SoitnotonlycanbeconsideredasaThestudyonthecorrelationbetweenserumlevelsofPTX3andpreeclampsiaandrenalinjuryAbstractdetectionindicator
