AbstractIntermsofthetraditionalcivillawtheory,personalityright,belongingtothecategoryofpersonalright,doesnothaveanycontentofpropertyrights.However,withthedevelopmentofmarketeconomyandtheenrichmentoftheresearchofcivillawtheory,thecommercialvalueandbenefitofpropertyembodiedinpersonalityrighthavebeenrecognizedbythepracticeofdailylifeaswellasthecircleofcivillawtheory.Basedontherealityandthetheoreticalbasis,thethesis,takingpersonalityrightandcommercializationofpersonalityrightastheentrypoint,systematicallyanalyzesanddemonstratesthenewestdevelopmenttendencyofpersonalityright---commercializationofpersonalityrightandinfringementactofcommercializationofpersonalityright.Startingwiththerecentrepresentativecases,thethesisarguesthatinfringementactofpersonalityrightistheheatspotofcivillawtheory.Afterintroducingthedefinitionofcommercializationofpersonalityrightandthedefinitionofinfringementactofcommercializationofpersonalityright,thethesisdefinesandanalyzesthenatureandcontentofcommercializationofpersonalityright.Then,thethesis,basedontheabovestudy,furtheranalyzestheformofinfringementactofcommercializationofpersonalityrightandtakesthe“fourkeycomponents”todemonstratethekeycomponentsofinfringementactofcommercializationofpersonalityright.Inthethirdpartofthethesis,afteranalyzingandintroducingtheevolvementofthecriterionofliabilityofinfringementact,theauthor,accordingtothecharacteristicofinfringementactofcommercializationofpersonalityright,analyzesthecriterionofliabilitythatshouldbetakenininfringementactofcommercializationofpersonalityright.Inthelastpartofthethesis,theauthoranalyzesthebearingofliabilityforinfringementactofcommercializationofpersonalityright,putsforwardtheproposalforthecalculationmethodoftheamountofcompensationfordamagesandbrieflyintroducestheothermethodsofbearingliability.Keywords:personalityrightcommercializationofpersonalityrightinfringementliabilityII绪论一、研究的缘起在传统民事权利体系中，不存在与财产权等量齐观的独立人格权，民事权利以财产权为核心，整个民法基本上基于对财产权的保护而构建了自身的体系。但是，随着社会经济的发展和对人权保护的逐步重视，那种把人的存在归结为财产权益的“拜物教
