It is derived by constructing a new kind of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and combining the Jensen inequality technology. Time-varying uncertainties are allowed in the coefficient matrix of the neutral time-delay system, which improves the robust performance of the system. To deal with the difficulties in handling the distributed time- delay, we develop a decomposed functional for its calculation. Numerical examples show the effectiveness and reduced conservatism of the proposed design method .
