However, over-inflammatory response could cause aggravate inflammatory or autoimmune diseases. In previous study, we found a particular antagonist of TLR9, CpG-ODN c41 (CpG-c41), which did not induce the release of cytokines after internalization, showing a non-stimulary characteristic. Therefore, we named its internalization process as “non-stimulary internalization”. Moreover, CpG-c41 could block all classes of immunostimulatory CpG-ODNs, such as CpG-ODN 1826, CpG-ODN 2216 and CpG-ODN M362. Therefore it could prevent TLR9 from triggering the over-inflammatory response. However, the detailed immune characteristics and non- stimulatory internalization mechanism of CpG-c41 need to be further investigated. Here we had engaged deep investigation to the immune characteristics and non-stimulatory internalization mechanism of CpG-c41 from multiple angles. Moreover, in field of TLR9 singal pathway inhibition research, besides of CpG-c41 which acts as a ligand of TLR9, miRNAs as one kind of negative regulate mechanism also gained great attention.
