However, over-inflammatory response could cause aggravate inflammatory or autoimmune diseases. In previous study, we found a particular antagonist of TLR9, CpG-ODN c41 (CpG-c41), which did not induce the release of cytokines after internalization, showing a non-stimulary characteristic. Therefore, we named its internalization process as “non-stimulary internalization”. Moreover, CpG-c41 could block all classes of immunostimulatory CpG-ODNs, such as CpG-ODN 1826, CpG-ODN 2216 and CpG-ODN M362. Therefore it could prevent TLR9 from triggering the over-inflammatory response. However, the detailed immune characteristics and non- stimulatory internalization mechanism of CpG-c41 need to be further investigated. Here we had engaged deep investigation to the immune characteristics and non-stimulatory internalization mechanism of CpG-c41 from multiple angles. Moreover, in field of TLR9 singal pathway inhibition research, besides of CpG-c41 which acts as a ligand of TLR9, miRNAs as one kind of negative regulate mechanism also gained great attention. In order to break through the limitations of experimental methods and to look for more TLR9 even all TLRs signaling pathways related miRNAs, we had built a novel miRNA prediction algorithm, known as FOMmiR, using a fixed-order Markov model based on the secondary structural pattern, which
