AbstractInthisresearch,theimpactofsilicasource’stypetoBetazeoliteprecursor wasinvestigated.Beta/SBA-15 micro/mesoporousaluminosilicateswereassembledbytheirselfusingdoublestructure-directingagentthroughthetwo- stepcrystallizationmethodat100℃.TheBetazeolitestructure-directingagentwassynthesizedbycolloidalsilicasuspensionandaluminiumisopropylate,and theSBA-15mesoporousstructure-directingagentwassynthesized byTEOS. Becauseofthereactionofdoublestructure-directingagentseachother,Betazeolite’sprimaryandsecondarystructuralunitsweretransferredintoSBA-15 mesoporousframe successfully.FTIR,XRDandN2adsorption-desorptioncharacterizationtechniqueswereused toinvestigatethemacroscopicandmicroscopicviewstructureofBeta/SBA- 15micro/mesoporousaluminosilicates.Resultssuggested,theporestructureof Beta/SBA-15samplessynthesizedinhydrothermalconditionwassteadyandordered,evenaferbeingcalcined,whichcontainedBetazeoliteparticlesand SBA-15mesoporous frame equally.TheeffectsofSi/Alratiointheprocessofpreparationwerestudied,andthebestcraftwasdetermined.WhenSi/Alratiowas50,itwashelpfultosynthesizemicro/mesoporousaluminosilicateswhichhadmicroporousandmesoporous structureequally.Inaddition,themechanismofcompoundmolecularsievesalsohavebeendiscussed,whichsuggestedthatliquidphaseconversionmechanicscould interpretthecrystalprocesslogically,andthemicro/mesoporousaluminosilicatescouldbe synthesized dueto theporewalls’recrystallization byliquid phase.ThemesoporousframeofBeta/SBA-15containedsomemicroporous structure,whichcouldmakemetalhetero-atomasactivecenter.Inthisresults,thealuminosilicatesnotonlyhadthedominanceofhighhydrothermalstability, butalsohadcharacteristicofactivecenter.Sothepromisingpropertyof Beta/SBA-15micro/mesoporousaluminosilicatescanbeappliedincrackingreaction,especiallyinmacromoleculecrackingreaction.Keywordsmicro/mesoporous;Betazeolite;SBA-15;Si/Alratio目录摘要...........................................................................................................................IAbstract..
